Welcome to Pillar Health Co.
Chiropractic & Physical Rehabilitation Services
Chiropractic care serves as a safe and effective first line of treatment for musculoskeletal pain, helping many patients avoid medications and surgical procedures. Pain typically serves as a symptom of an underlying imbalance or past injury. By targeting the root cause, we can facilitate enduring relief and enhance your overall well-being. Our experienced team will identify the root cause of your discomfort and promptly alleviate your symptoms while equipping you with vital tools for lasting functional stability to keep you active and injury-free for years.
Our philosophy prioritizes longevity from a holistic perspective and we'll use as many of these techniques as makes sense for your treatment.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Behind many musculoskeletal problems are issues with lack of proper motion in back, neck, pelvis, hips and/or other joints, including the 24 that make up your spine. We use safe, gentle chiropractic manipulation techniques to restore proper joint mobility. In addition, all of our Chiropractic Physicians are trained in specialties that include sports science and athletic performance support, accident rehabilitation and more.
Physical Rehabilitation
Your customized treatment will include targeted therapeutic exercises to rehabilitate weak, tight and/or unstable muscles causing your painful symptoms. Beginning with fundamental building blocks and progressing as quickly as your condition and body allow. Your individualized plan will include both in-clinic and at-home components to ensure a successful outcome. These tools will also help you avoid having to see us in the future!
Manual Therapy
All your bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments work together in what’s called the musculoskeletal system. Once they have adapted to an improper condition, it can be difficult to overcome the powerful muscle memory that causes joints to default to their old, bad behavior. Soft tissue therapies like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and dynamic stretching to resolve muscular restrictions and allow your body to relearn a healthy normal again.

More about Functional Medicine
The functional medicine model is a personalized and evidence-based approach that collaborates with patients to uncover the root causes of diseases and enhance overall wellness, utilizing an in-depth understanding of individual genetics, biochemistry, and lifestyle to create tailored treatment strategies for better health outcomes. By focusing on underlying causes instead of just symptoms, practitioners recognize the complex nature of disease, uncovering the myriad causes for a single condition and the diverse conditions stemming from a single cause, leading functional medicine to tailor treatment to the unique manifestations in each individual.
Functional medicine addresses the underlying causes of your health concerns by viewing you as an interconnected system, aiming not just to alleviate symptoms but to restore balance and function throughout your entire body. We recognize that your body's journey to recovery and optimal health is distinct, and we carefully craft a treatment plan that aligns with your unique biological makeup. If you're striving to alleviate a chronic condition while minimizing medication use or wish to enhance your current treatment plan, functional medicine offers a tailored approach that encapsulates diet, exercise, and supplementing any nutritional deficiencies with vitamins that can’t be attained in foods.
Even if you believe you lead a reasonably healthy lifestyle, functional medicine offers insights on understanding your body and employs advanced diagnostics to provide a comprehensive view of your health, empowering you to optimize your well-being.
